Leading off, China Pick 902, with its striking orange and red hues, draws attention due to its vibrant design that includes an eye-catching dragon motif. First introduced in 2000 for millennium celebrations, this note has managed to mntn its status as a valuable addition to collections worldwide despite being over two decades old.
Next, comes China Pick 876a1 with a high grade of over 6,000 notes, a 5-Yuan bill from the third series featuring a worker in traditional blue attire alongside his tools. The ‘b’ variant known for its three Roman numerals and light black clocks is highly sought after.
China Pick 875a2, another highlight from the same series, stands out with its soothing green tones and image of a craftsman working on a lathe. This bill further distinguishes itself by depicting oil derricks grouped together on the back.
The China Pick 907, also from the third series but at the top of the denomination scale as a 100-Yuan note, adds a notable Chrman Mao portrt to its design with some intriguing changes compared to its predecessor printed in 1999. Notably, it's the second primarily red note featuring this historical figure.
China Pick 877f, the most frequently found variant within the series, also makes the list as another compelling collectible due to its popularity among collectors.
China Pick 884a, a standout from the fourth series with an emphasis on the ethnic Dong and Yao groups alongside a stunning image of the Great Wall of China.
China Pick 891 commemorates the historic event of January 10, 1949 when Chrman Mao announced 'China Resurrected' in Tiananmen, Peking. This bill was issued to celebrate its 50th anniversary, offering a fantastic depiction of the moment with a red hue that doesn't overpower.
China Pick 872, representing the oldest note on our list from the first series printed in 1956 and featuring a high denomination, it's highly sought after due to its rarity. Two variations exist: an open star watermark or stars and wings, of which only the latter has been graded over 450 times.
China Pick 910, issued as part of a series celebrating China’s advances in space exploration for Aerospace Day, features two satellite designs to tell the story of the nation's future aspirations in space travel while acknowledging its pioneering heritage.
China Pick 874b, another top pick from the third series and the most frequently found variant within this denomination, showcases China's first female tractor driver, Liang Jun. Over 27,000 notes have been graded for this note to date.
